Richmond Ltd Cabinets is looking for a Customer Service Managing Supervisor
Term: Full Time (8 hours/day, 5days/week; 40 hours/week), Permanent
Start Date: As soon as possible
Positions Available: 1

Wage: $ 29.50/hour; Overtime $44.25/hour if work exceeds 40 hours/week; $61,360/year; 10 days paid vacation/year and other standard employment benefits
Main Duties:

Plan and direct daily business operations and future market developments
Develop and recommend strategies to evaluate and mitigate risks and competitions
Study for price, consumer demand, market trend and take course of actions accordingly to increase sales
Determine suitable sale and purchase options to manage sale and costs
Participate in company’s financial budgets
Communicate with customers and suppliers
Hire and train new employees
Prepare management reports and perform other tasks as needed

Requirements and Eligibility:
Minimum Education: Completion of secondary school
Language: Fluent in English
Experience: At least 3-4 years of experience in management level
